Founder — President of ANO Support Center for Culture Initiatives Kultura ryadom, the CEO of the Onegin National Opera Awards organization and a member of the expert panel. Igor Tarasov is an Honoured Artist of Russia, recipient of an international award, professional opera singer and a producer. He participated in many opera premiers and tours, worked with famous conductors and directors on different stages across the world. In 2010, in Saint-Petersburg Igor Tarasov co-founded ANO Support Center for Culture Initiatives Kultura ryadom with his partners and was elected to be its president in 2013.

Has worked with leading figures in opera from around the world — Luciano Pavarotti, José Carreras, Ennio Morricone, Andrea Morricone, Juan Diego Flórez, Salvatore Licitra, Angela Gheorghiu, Jose Cura, Vladimir Kosma, Sergei Leiferkus, and many others.
